Great location.

Great location. The November Stay employee who could speak some English was very helpful.

Couldn't have wine or cocktails in the bar - even though the stock was there. We weren't given a reason for this. More like an AirBnB place than a hotel!!

Overall, not the best value for money

Studio is very clean, staff is friendly and willing to help, location is great

The studio has AC but it is managed centrally, at the building level. Do not expect to be able to set temperature in your room. When I arrived late afternoon, it was +28C in the room. It only cools down to +25.5C min early morning. Survivable but probably should be clearly stated on the website and booking.com. At breakfast, there is nothing to eat apart from pre-cooked sausages, bread and some green salad.

Worth The Visit!

Located in the Canal Walk wich has a lot of shops and restaurants to choose from. And looks nice, neat and clean. Rooms are spacious since they are actually apartments. Kitchen had utensils and Tupperware and some cooking spices and other ingredients. Beds were comfortable. The lounge is cool and the staff was excellent and helpful.

No tissues besides toilet rolls. Had difficulty sleeping since I couldn't adjust air conditioning properly. No ironing board in the room. And no phone to call the front desk. A bit of a walk to the nearest subway station.

Good value, cool area, simple and bright kitchenette

We were later arriving than I wanted so we missed exploring the Songdo area. However, that little shopping strip in front of the residence was very cool and cute. Staff spoke English and were super friendly. Area seemed very new. Reviews of Songdo area were positive so we were sad that we did not have time to wander around. Quick ride to Incheon the next morning for flight so that was good. Room was clean and bright. It was a small kitchenette apartment. Glass doors on shower and toilet No privacy door on that area though. Easy and quick stay. Good value for overnight waiting for flight and free nice breakfast in the morning

Area around the apartment still seems to be developing so view out our windows was open field with some community gardens. Though the frosted glass doors are "cool" and let the light in, my family is not super open to that concept. Kind of lean towards the privacy bathrooms.

What was the highlight of The november stay in Canal walk

A pleasant stay near Songdo Central Park

Western breakfast choices were great as well as tasty. Very friendly staff and gave attention to my inquiries and requests. Underground parking was very nice and free, easily connecting to an elevator to my floor . The place had a washer/dryer combo machine, which was very handy. Costco and Central Park are a short drive away. You can find Domino's and Papa John's pizza near the area as well. Walking around the Central Park is always nice. We got our children's glasses and haircut near the area. Connection to Incheon International Airport was easy by taking a short taxi ride to Holiday Inn Songdo. You can ride KAL Limousine Bus to Holiday Inn Songdo, then take a 3 min taxi ride to the November Stay.

It was rather difficult to find the office at first, but once realized where it was, everything was smooth. The place was beginning to show some wear. Bathroom was rather small compared to very spacious living room and kitchen. It would have been nice if the place had provided some water bottles. Even though there was a nice kitchen, the place did not provide many cooking utensils. However, there were many places to eat around the area. If you like to cook during your stay, this is not the place, but if you like to relax without worrying about cooking or parking, this is a very nice place to consider. Recycling rules/regulations and waste disposal seem rather complex in Korea but something you must do by law. It is a good idea to ask for details at the front counter, including how to use the heater. My recommendation is for a staff to accompany the guests to their place, explain all the controls, garbage/recycling procedures, etc.

Great apartment that’s worthwhile if you are staying more than 1 night.

Gorgeous apartment design. Very high quality with a simple yet effective layout. This far exceeded our expectations for the price. It’s also totally smart wired (which is a giggle trying to understand when all the instructions are in Korean). Amusingly the toilet was a surprise! It was a combined toilet bidet with a led light inside. Thank goodness for the English instructions as it was tricky to drive this beauty!

The instructions to find the lobby were poor. We arrived tired, as a family at 9 at night running around the open air shopping mall in the freezing cold looking for a lobby located on the 2nd level... a map would have been useful!! I booked here because the apartment looked so great. In hindsight, it would have been simpler given our lack of Korean language skills to have booked in an actual hotel. Plus, the car the November Stay booked for us to return to the airport did not take Visa! Not very helpful. I expected there to be tea and coffee facilities plus other basics like tea towels and coffee mugs. A kettle is a little useless without these! Along the same theme... the beautiful wardrobe needs hangers!! Hilarious!

Excellent apartment choice for a short or long stay in Songdo

Very nice apartment located above the Canal Street which is full of shops, restaurants and bars. Very lively place. Apartment is very confortable with excellent facilities that are in very good shape. Staff was very helpful at arrival and during the stay. Ideal location for a longer stay in Songdo/Incheon.

Kid friendly, nice place to chill with a big group if you have spare time & money

Check-in The short hair korean lady was very friendly, offered us drinks and to sit at the lounge as we were really tired from the traveling and had to wait for check-in time at 3pm. Free Parking But you will need to get the resident card after check-in. Apartment Spacious room for my large family gathering as i booked a one-bedroom apartment. It was very comfy for the family with the space. Like the long mirror/counter space/sink at the toilet Neighbourhood Like the area especially animals as we are traveling with young kids. If only there is also a playground as well and a supermarket within 5 mins walk.

Getting there. The area was designed to have 4 buildings with Spring, Summer, Autumn (301/302 block), Winter as its name and block number (Dong 301 or 302). This area was missing and the GPS as its a new area. It would help if i have directions to this place as it was quite hard to find. Luckily I was travelling with a Korean relative who was driving. Apartment Zero privacy. The whole apartment is designed for a single person staying. Since this is being rented out like a service apartment. Please make it family friendly. For bedroom - Its missing door latches to lock the two sliding doors from bedroom to toilet/walkway. The bedroom I stayed had 2 sliding doors without locks to close my room. For toilet/shower - Your family members could be walking around while you are taking your shower or doing your business as the doors are made of frosted glass. The shower is also missing a towel/clothes rack. No door, and only 1 bar on the shower screen located outside so I'm suppose to open the door to take my clothes? Facilities On the washing machine, there was a notice inside the machine not to use the dry function but only use the clothes rack. BUT, there was no clothes rack! I haunted the whole area and gave up. Ended up using hangers to hang around randomly... For the towels supplied, there were plenty of towels but its the small towel and not the big one. Neighbourhood The apartment lift does not stop on level 2 (where restaurants are) you will need to change the lift to get to the other blocks within the same season). No supermarket nearby. There was nothing to eat at night (Only 2 convenience store food). You need a car to get out if you need to get any stuff past 10pm. Overprice area and no bakery shop. The only cakes available to eat was from a cafe and the price was crazy.
